Shipping Policy

DesignPrint NYC reserves the right to update or revise this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. The version in effect when you place your order will apply. Please review this page periodically for updates.

Shipping Options

Orders are shipped from the nearest DesignPrint NYC production facility for fast and reliable delivery. You may choose to:

• Pick up your order locally (if available)
• Ship via trusted carriers such as UPS or FedEx

Standard shipping is ground delivery. Faster options (2-Day, Next Day Air, etc.) are available during checkout. Shipping rates are based on carrier pricing and may vary. Saturday delivery is available at an additional cost upon request. Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you once your order is:

• Handed over to the carrier
• Picked up locally (if authorized without signature)
• Delivered

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times depend on location and selected shipping method. While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, DesignPrint NYC does not guarantee exact arrival times.

• For time-sensitive print materials, choose expedited shipping
• Shipping time is additional to production (turnaround) time

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International orders may require additional time and shipping fees. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and include product and shipping only. Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees. DesignPrint NYC reserves the right to decline international orders to certain destinations.

Multiple Orders & Group Shipping

Each order is shipped separately unless a bundled package is specified. Separate shipping charges may apply.

Group shipping may be available if:

• All orders placed simultaneously
• Same product type, quantity, and turnaround
• Same delivery address and contact person

Note: Group shipping may add at least one business day to turnaround. Delays in any grouped item will hold the shipment until all items are ready.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct (including ZIP code and contact number). Carriers generally do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays or additional costs.
• Returned shipments due to refusal, unclaimed delivery, or address errors can be reshipped at your expense.
• Original shipping and return fees are non-refundable.
• Address changes after dispatch may incur a $12.35 administrative fee plus any carrier charges.

Delays & Limitations

While we make every effort to ship orders on time, DesignPrint NYC is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Carrier issues, customs delays, or incorrect addresses
• Weather, natural disasters, strikes, or transportation disruptions
• Technical or equipment failures, or other circumstances beyond our control

Such delays do not qualify for cancellation, refund, or credit.

Residential Deliveries

Carriers may deliver without a signature for residential addresses. If you prefer signature confirmation, contact our Customer Service Team before shipment.
